The Bosnia and Herzegovina Directorate of Civil Aviation (BHDCA) hereby informs the interested public, institutions, organisations, operators, associations and individuals that the Rulebook on Airspace Flow Management has been published in the Official Gazette of BIH 13/26 of 20 February 2026.
This Rulebook transposes the provisions of the following regulations:
- Commission Regulation (EU) No. 255/2010 of 25 March 2010 laying down common rules on air traffic flow management;
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 923/2012 of 26 September 2012 laying down the common rules of the air and operational provisions regarding services and procedures in air navigation and amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1035/2011 and Regulations (EC) No 1265/2007, (EC) No 1794/2006, (EC) No 730/2006, (EC) No 1033/2006 and (EU) No 255/2010;
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1006 of 22 June 2016 amending Regulation (EU) No 255/2010 as regards the ICAO provisions referred to in Article 3(1);
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2159 of 20 November 2017 amending Regulation (EU) No 255/2010 as regards certain references to ICAO provisions.
This Rulebook shall enter into force on the eighth day following its publication in the Official Gazette of BIH, and shall, upon its entry into force, repeal the Rulebook on Air Traffic Flow Management (Official Gazette of BIH 20/19).
